A slot hold means the slot is reserved for you, preventing others from booking it.

Hold Time:

• When a match is created → Slot is held for 4 hours.
• Once 50% payment is received → Slot is held until 12 hours before match start.
• Once 75% payment is received → Slot is held until 4 hours before match start.
• If created less than 4 hours before start, slot will only be confirmed after full payment is received.

A slot release means the slot is freed, allowing others to book it.

Rules:

• If less than 50% payment is received → Slot auto-releases after 4 hours.
• Once the hold period ends → Slot auto-releases.

A match is confirmed when:

• All players have joined and completed payments, or
• The full slot payment is made at creation.

• Group chat is enabled automatically when a match is created.
• No private chats (1-on-1) are supported.
• All players can send messages in group chat.
• Players who leave or are removed will no longer appear in chat.
• The organiser can remove players from chat at any time.

• If your slot is released and booked by another user, RunRun will:
• Try to switch your match to a similar field at the same venue (same time, duration, price).
• If no field is available → Match will be cancelled and refund processed.
• Venue owners can also manually switch fields before confirmation.

• A venue may cancel a match at any time, confirmed or not.
• If cancelled before confirmation → Full refund.
• If cancelled 24+ hours before start → Full refund.
• If cancelled within 24 hours of start → Refund will be processed after deducting service charges (venue’s decision).

Two types of matches:

• Open Match → Visible to everyone in Explore Matches.
• Private Match → Join via invite link shared by organiser.

Steps to Join:

1. Open Explore Matches and browse available options.
2. Select the desired match and tap Join.
3. Check the required skill level: Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced.
4. Join with Invitation → Join instantly when invited, skill doesn’t matter.
5. Join with Request → Send a request and wait for approval to join.
6. Payment:
   o If the organiser already paid the slot fee → You can join directly.
   o Otherwise → Pay your share while joining to confirm.

1. Select a venue from the Home page.
2. In the match section, choose the game, date, and time.
3. Book the place and duration, then fill match details:
4. Match type: Open or Private
5. Skill level: Beginner / Intermediate / Advanced
6. Gender preference (if any)
7. Game format: Singles or Doubles
8. Invite players to join.
9. Payment options:
   • Pay full amount → Match confirmed instantly.
   • Allow individual payments → Match confirmed once all players complete payments.
